The National Geodetic Survey has released a new tool ??Leveling Projects Page? linked here:
https://beta.ngs.noaa.gov/datasheets/leveling-projects/index.html
BE ADVISED THAT IT TOOK MY FAST CONNECTION 3 MINUTES TO LOAD THIS PAGE. It is also not compatible with Internet Explorer. I tused Safari and Chrome.
For those not patient enough, I provide the following screen captures:
I used the sample project identifier on the page and did not test another project identifier.
The output of the tool as shown above include a map showing monument locations, observation data including section distances and lengths as well as PID and link to the monument data sheet.

FYI, loading those pages took less than 1 second each for me.
Load time wasn't bad for me.?ÿ Very nice utility, I've been waiting on a replacement for the old one for awhile now.?ÿ I don't need it often, but when I do...
I retried and still had a few minutes wait while it was ??Gathering required resources.? Maybe it??s my browser. I was using Safari on my iPadPro. Doing a speed test, I get 256.5 mbps for downloads.?ÿ
NGS is looking for comments at [email protected]?ÿ
i am happy to see this information available again. One possibly not obvious use is to use the section distances to assist in monument recovery (rather than the often poorly scaled coordinates). Of course you have to find at least one of the other monuments in the line.

Quick load times for me, using Chrome. Saw the email come through with this announcement but hadn't had a chance to look it over yet. Thanks for sharing!

Pretty cool. From the "Tools" drop-down on the NGS homepage loading was instantaneous. From @geeoddmike link, it was a few seconds. Computer is a two-month old Lenovo IdeaPad, I5 processor, Windows 10 Home. Connection is 100 mbs through Spectrum.
I picked Lucy FX2884 in Martin County NC and used the "find HGZs associated with a PID" link, with no idea of whether the mark was part of a leveling project or not. Turns out it was in L24692/5F and the /5F has to be in the project ID to get the data.
Nice output for someone like me and I suspect it will be useful to pros as well.
I again tried loading the page under Safari on my MacBook with the same "gathering required resources" minutes-long delay. This time trying Chrome accessed the page almost instantly. Problem solved.?ÿ

I think Internet Explorer is dead. They now have Edge (MS new browser). I would expect it to work with Edge, since the basic engine is supposed to be the same as Chrome and Safari.
@geeoddmike Very odd; with Safari on a MacBook Pro running MacOS 10.15.7, I'm getting near-instant loading of those pages. That's with a ton of windows / tabs open in Safari, plus Chrome running on the same machine, multiple PDFs open in Preview, and several other apps running too.
The page at Mike's link came up right away on Firefox/Win7 but it had a popup box saying it was loading resources for a couple minutes before I could do anything with it.?ÿ
The second time I tried it, there was no popup; it was ready to go in a couple seconds. It must save something big on your computer that is still there later.
The same was true on an Android phone.
@bill93 Interesting; I never saw that popup even the first time I visited that page.
