So lately my SurvCE connection from my LT30 to the internet on my iPhone5s has been giving me trouble with my personal hotspot. It goes blue on my iPhone but never finishes the connection on my LT30. Dads GalaxyS6 worked just fine today. Thoughts?

Do you know how do I...Then change the security on the iphone to a lower setting (from WPA2 to WPA)?

Gonna try a dedicated WiFi mobile hotspot device.
If that fails, gonna look into putting a GSM Sim card in the LT30...

I don't think you can change the security settings on an iPhone. We've had great success with dedicated mobile hotspots.
