I am trying to figure out whether I could set up a Wi-Fi on my CS15 controller which doesn't have internal modem (installed on GS14).
Another question is whether anybody was able with this set up utilize Verison hot spots connecting IPhone 6 to controller/receiver in order to receive RTK corrections.

Yes you can. There's a YouTube video that john from Allen precision posted about how to turn on the wifi. I use a cs15 with either a jet pack from verizon or my iphone 5 on att. Whichever I get a better signal. Just make sure the data. Ollie for has wifi. Should be on tag under battery.
I actually I did watch this video but ones again I do not have internal modem on CS15 only on GS14.
I couldn't find anything that would allow me to proceed with this video, there is no icon on my Windows screen John referred to.

If your CS15 does not have the original internal robotic radio installed or the internal GSM modem.... you do not have a WiFi model installed. You will not see any of the needed icons because you do not have the WiFi model on the CS15.
