If you have a base and a rover that is L5 capable then if you have 4 or more in the GPS constilation they should be able to be used. You need 5 or more in the other constilations for those signals to be usable. It takes one satellite to figure out the timing and the others to be used for locations in other constilations.

Do a self test, assuming you have 2 L5 capable receivers or one and a nearby CORS that has L5 data.

Send your whole files to OPUS and/or OPUS-RS.

Use teqc and strip your original files of L5, resubmit to OPUS/OPUS-RS.

Now strip your original files with L5 to those 7 satellites, resubmit as well as solving point to point yourself.

Now strip the 7 satellite files of L5 and redo.

Compare your results. Don't just compare the typical quality indications, compare the actual coordinates for drift.

I cannot tell you which software is using L5 data, but the results should. I cannot tell you if OPUS/OPUS-RS is currently using L5, but again the results should.
