For those looking for a holiday-season diversion, I found some data of potential interest. It is a spreadsheet containing data for the Geoid Slope Validation Survey of 2014.?ÿ
Its fields include:
IGS08 coordinates (N lat, E lon, h), a project H (not NAVD88), C (geopotential numbers used to compute H), acceleration of gravity and its uncertainty, gravity gradient from a 2-level platform, and deflections of the vertical (Xi and Eta) in IGS08 measured using the CODIAC Astro-geodetic instrument.?ÿ
