It has been put in slot C 3, and GPS IIR SVN 59 PRN 19 will be in a backup roll. This satellite was launched in 2004.
Meanwhile GPS IIA SVN 40 PRN 10 has been deactivated. It was launched in 1996. GPS IIF 10 will get PRN 10.
It looks like they might let GPS IIA SVN 23 PRN 32 go for 25 plus years setting some kind of unbeatable record.

Correction:
GPS IIF 10 will get PRN 08.
PRN 10 was decommissioned the day after GPZS IIF 10 launch.
PRN 08 was decommissioned last year.
