Dynamic Datums-we all need to be aware of this

Surely we can come up with a better name than dynamic datum. It sounds so simple. Nothing like trying to hit a moving point. This just reiterates my point that in the age of VRS projects need local control. Something to come off of and check in on. Can't you see the future blunders/

Eventually every so-called property corner will be marked with a dynamic monument because the coordinates for it are dynamic.
