I was reading about a coordinate system projection method I wasn't familiar with. The term 'bespoke' was used in the description and I wasn't familiar with that either. So I google searched bespoke and my screen was suddenly filled with many adds for men's custom made suites. Do I get to wear a suite like that if I can manage to learn how to create a SnakeGrid? I'm in !
You've piqued my curiosity Wild. I'll have to look up both.
bespoke (adj.)
custom or custom-made, made to order," of goods, as distinguished from ready-made, 1755, the same sense found earlier in bespoken (c.1600), past participle of bespeak, in a sense of "to speak for, to arrange beforehand," a sense attested in bespeak from 1580s. Now usually of tailored suits.
My father used to get his suits made by Benson & Clegg. They would sent their tailors across the pond to visit the colonies a couple of times a year
A little hot for the summer, I'd suggest seersucker.
