Topcon DL 101 PCMCIA Cards

I am having a difficult time finding the correct memory cards for our Topcon Digital Levels older 101 and 102's. The manual states they takes a "PC card based on PCMCIA (SRAM: 64 Kbytes to 2Mbytes. I have these CF type cards for the Trimble 5700 and they are to small, I also has PCMCIA cards for a Leica DNA level which too big.

Does anyone know where I can purchase these cards and the exact name or dimensions of the cards? Apparently this is old technology so, my dealer and google have not been any help.
