Hi Everyone--Our battery charger has decided to retire. :'(
Does anyone know where I can get another one?
All of the internet sites show the BC-27CR. Anyone have any ideas where to get the BC-27BR?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Send it to surveybattery.com (1-888-215-6328) where it can be repaired or the cable used to build a custom over-night charger.

The difference in the BC-27BR and BC-27CR is the cable being supplied to connect to the power receptacle.

The electrical cable with the CR version is for 220 volt systems and the BR is for the 110 volt electric systems in the US.

If the cable with your old charger is not fastened permanently to the supply side of the circuit but plugs in, your old power cable is the least likely part of the charger system to have failed. If the BC-27CR is easily available to you, purchase the new charger and use your old cable.

Hi!
Thanks for the reply--how much is the charger and do you ship to Hawaii?
Also, will you accept credit cards?

Lori

Thank you for the information. Our charger has the cable fixed to the box. I guess that means its the box itself that is malfunctioning. And no chance of using the same cable with the other charger.
