I am selling my equipment. Earlier I had posted a Topcon total station but I think it was priced too high. I've decided to get rid of all of the equipment as a package. I have found the Topcon used at Hayes for about 8k and new on line for 17k. Big difference.

If you were selling (not buying) the list below what would you ball park the value to be. I was surprised to look up what I paid for some of this stuff. Heck, the Tribrachs with the optical plummets and adaptors were over $1,800. I put the gun on ebay for 10K but removed it after thinking ...heck just sell it all. I'm thinking 12-13k. Does that seem reasonable? (edit)The equipment has been used for approx two years.

Thanks

From my experience you will have better success selling it separate. You might find someone looking for a turn key package but more than likely you will find different people looking for specific items. I would list each item individually and then offer a discount if someone wants to buy the lot.

By the way... my robot is sold. Thank you Beer Leg!

I agree with snoop, you'll do much better if you sell everything separately.

Yes. I'm done. It's time to move on. I will say that after 29 years I have no regrets. I've enjoyed every minute of it.

Swag,
Let me fire it up today and make sure all is working before I say a price. I haven't used it in over a year.

I'll get back with you.

Need some advice on pricing - JM

So after you sell all this, what do you plan on doing? Do you have something lined up already? I did what you are wanting to do back in 1984. I then had to start rebuilding the stock of equipment because the economy turned once again and work started coming back at a good pace.

If you do not need the cash reconsider it all, if you do need the cash then Good Luck to you in whatever comes your way.

Funny thing about EBAY...
A friend of mine had a little-used tiller to sell. He paid $450 for it new. He posted it on EBAY for $350. Not a single bid. He re-posts it for $100 and the bidding went over $400!
