sorry for confusion

Duh. The post title did tell the story, but since both items had been discussed in the thread I disregarded the title.

zucchini

We cut it in half take out the core and seeds and lightly run a tater pealer over it and then run it through a slaw cutter and freeze it in bags. My wife adds it to soups, breads, cookies etc...

Asiago Spinach Sausage Soup
Asiago Spinach Sausage (we get this from sams club)
1 Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
Celery
Zuchinni :-O (Slaw Cut)
Carrots
1 can tomato diced with garlic and onions
1 can beef broth
1-1/2 can water
Basil and Oregano to taste
Emeril essence to taste
1 small grated cooked potato

This is a good soup

Were you able to connect your HP48 through a USB port using the appropriate driver and transfer data back and forth without communication problems?

Can you post what hardware/driver you used. I have my TDS cable to a 9 pin serial and can only connect to my older laptop which has a 9 pin serial port. My newer desktop PC does not have a 9 pin serial port and I have no more room to add one. I end up swapping the Survey Pro files from my lap top to the desktop using a USB thumb drive. Going straight through the USB port on the desktop would eliminate the hassle. Thanks. I hope that makes sense?

Yes, I transferred via usb serial cable converter with no problems when I had my surveying software set up on the computer. Basically it turns your usb port into a serial port.

You might have to change the com port number, my software would only recognize ports 1-4 and when I installed the cable it set the com port to 8, so I had to manually change that on the PC.

Here is the one I have.

Learn something new every day. My Achilles Heal was COM Port 6. I switched it in the properties window for the transfer menu in TDS Foresight DXM and BOOM, it worked!

Your the greatest! Thanks Julie!
