1964 (model 6) was the year they swapped from vacuum tubes to solid state. I have known folks that used the solid state version well into the 1970s. A little cumbersome by today's standards, but if it works, the value would be enhanced.
Other than something to play around with, the only folks I would think might be interested would be collectors or museums. Keep looking around, someone might be interested. I kind of think of eBay as a last resort.
They do look good just sitting in your office as well.

would you by chance be relative to a Stanley Larson that used to live in Denver Colorado with his wife Edith son Steve daughter Kathy and daughter patty Larson they lived herein late 60's 70's 80's 90's. Does that mean you are offering it here for half Fair Market Value? I have no idea what it might be worth.
While it is possible because I am from a line of free range Larson's, my tree comes more from Nebraska. I don't know the paternal tree well as I am long out of touch.
