Copp's Land Owner was published via subscription from April 1874 through March 1892 (18 volumes).?ÿ The first year, it was called "Western Land Owner".?ÿ Initially it was published monthly(10?› per issue, $1.10 for a year's subscription), but later it was published every two weeks.?ÿ Henry Copp ended publication of the Land Owner in 1892 due mainly to the General Land Office publication of the DOI Land Decisions.

?ÿ

Mr. Copp was a clerk at the GLO in Washington and started his practice in an office around the corner.?ÿ His Copp's Land Owner incorporated all the published decisions, circulars, etc. from the Land Office along with court decisions and miscellaneous articles.?ÿ I am selling Vols. I through XVI that were later rebound with a buckram binding by a Philadelphia law firm.?ÿ I also have 8 volumes that are ex libris (Vols. I through VI, XI and XII) bound into three volumes.?ÿ Two bound volumes contain the indexes for Vols. 1-9 and Vols. 10-15.?ÿ The two bookends are listed separately. ?ÿ ?

?ÿ

?ÿ

Here is an example front page with index of the topics normally covered in each issue.
