Back when PDH's were first required in Oregon, I know it was stated that you could double your hours for teaching a class (the first time). I just read through OAR 820-010-0635 and I see no mention of double credit for teaching.
Was this removed OR was that something proposed that never made it to the OAR?
I have plenty of hours, BUT did have a few presentations I could probably double my hours on if still allowed, never know when the carry over might be needed in the future!

I Believe That It Is In The NCEES Model Law
Check with Oregon r.e. the model law.
Some states triple the hours. But it is only for teaching it the first time. No credit for repeating within the cycle.

Shelby,
Looks Like it may have been changed in 2011. I looked on my copy of OAR's on my HD and it had the 2x for teaching language, but the current OAR's have removed it.:-/
This looks to be the change doc from OSBEELS

Jered, thanks, you have confirmed what I found too in the current OAR, I didn't have an old copy of the OAR and thought maybe it was just something I imagined!
No big deal, was just wondering as I was looking at my record today, I always seem to have about double the requirement anyway.

There's a new CPD form dated October 2012.
Guess I'd better re-read the administrative rules to see what else they've changed.
Shelby – I went through this at the end of 2011 when I was renewing my license. I couldn’t find the 2 hours for 1 of instruction anywhere. I even called you and asked about it. I still had enough hours, but had been counting on having a handful of hours from presentations to carry over into the post-Mayan years. Too bad. You’d think they’d continue to recognize the amount of time it takes to prepare a class. Every one I’ve done has been a huge learning experience. To get it right in front of your peers is a daunting task and to cover all anticipated question and contrary lines of reasoning you best be confident that you know the subject inside and out. I couldn’t hazard a guess as to the ratio of prep time to presentation time.
Prep Time vs. Presentation Time
For the first time, it took me 20 to 1.
