Kelly (on the left) graduated with a Bachelor of Music (Trumpet) today. Claire (on the right) graduated with a Bachelor of Music (Vocal Performance) two years ago. She is now doing vocals with a Baby Boomer Cover Band in the Bay Area (not her regular job, though).
It is something when the baby that was handed to you 2 seconds after birth (literally-the Doc said, "Dad, here is your Daughter") graduates from College.
Number two child has a natural goal of not being identical to child number one. Somebody wrote a book about birth order and such. Rather interesting and generally accurate. In my case, I had absolutely no interest in dating boys like my older sister did.
BTW, Claire seems to have contracted the worst case of chicken pox I've ever seen. Get some magic potion put on those legs.

I have no idea how I produced an extroverted young lady who has hundreds of friends of all ages and they all adore her.
