Deed Reader Pro uses optical character recognition technology to covert pdf's and images of deeds to machine- readable text. From the machine-readable text, an advanced algorithm is used to extract the bearing and distance calls which are then plotted in Deed Reader Pro and in AutoCAD or IntelliCAD.
