What's that word that most people pronounce incorrectly and have no idea how to spell it? It means something along the lines of crotchety, cantankerous, grouchy, grumpy or cranky. I'm thinking it starts with an H. Maybe.

I think the word you're looking for starts with an A and ends with hole. Or at least that's what I use to sum up all of those "qualities".
