The creator of this shirt seems confused about what civil engineers actually do. Not sure if he is looking through a telescope or what? And is that a gear? Seems the purview of mechanical engineers.

But I love the shirt, I may get one for my son. He's an engineer for Chrysler for performance testing. I love it that my kid is smarter and makes more money than me.... ahhhh life is good
