What do you do on your lunch break?
Contemplate poor life decisions and relocate coworkers' desk nametags to various locations, such as above the toilet, upside down in the same location, or on the dumpster outside. I also eat lunch.
Eat. Nap.?ÿ Sometimes repeat.
What lunch? Snack all day is the norm. That's why survey vests have so many pockets. Den

Always take time to eat lunch, especially on hot days (calories are heat ilness prevention).
Got job at Fire Department, got sent to help with accident investigation, hot, didn??t eat lunch. Got very nicely but firmly chewed out by the Fire Chief in charge along with explanation of why, don??t ever do that again. We don??t want to be resuscitating you out there.
If I'm in the office I use lunchtime to read. If in the field I snack all day and take a short break at lunch time.
Usually check this site and surveying Reddit while i eat if I don??t have the time I just eat while I drive to the next job.?ÿ

I don't normally take a break for lunch.
I'll eat on the go between jobs, or grab a snack while changing base batteries or similar.

Mostly just dispose of last night's leftovers. On today's leftover menu is salmon (copper river red) pizza, which I baked from the previous night's leftover salmon quesadilla filling, with some added mushrooms, jalapenos, kalamata olives and capers. Don't knock it, delish. It's a small miracle I don't weigh 800 pounds, although if I don't get in the field soon, I don't know.....?ÿ
Read your first sentence and thought you meant your daily visit to the crapper. ?????ÿ

Staying regular is a huge part of staying healthy and happy! AND salmon is probably way better for my arteries and ticker than spicy Italian sausage and pepperoni.?ÿ
I enjoy salmon when I find it on a restaurant menu.?ÿ Being in the heart of beef county those offerings are rare and I'm not so sure the cook knows what he is doing.
Also enjoy lamb but not mutton.?ÿ Hard to find that on the menu here.
