On Cspan2 yesterday afternoon, I was able to watch one of my dopey little brothers receive a 10 minute tribute on the floor of the Senate.

Sweet retirement!!!!!
Job Well Done!!!!
Oh wow! ?ÿNeat-o!
That is one of my favorite TV channels (honestly).
Congratulations to you and your brother.
I'll tell him, no need to congratulate me however.?ÿ
He was driving across the country to start his new job in DC when the twin towers were attacked. It was an interesting start to say the least.?ÿ
This being a public forum and all, I am dancing around asking specifics. ?ÿIf you feel like bragging a bit more off line, please send me an email, I would love to listen to your/his story.

It's a public forum, but the Cspan broadcast is really public so I don't think it's much of an issue.
If you want to watch it's on the Cspan2 broadcast of the Senate for Dec.14. At the 4 hour mark of the broadcast the Senator starts his tribute. If you are a Cspan watcher of Senate hearings and floor speeches over the last twenty years, you would have seen my brother in the background at times.
Basically he has been running the Senate office for quite a while now. If you needed something done he was the gatekeeper.
Looks like I need to find Part 2??

There is a box with a slide under the video allowing you to quickly scroll through the video and each speech is marked with a time stamp. Hour 4:01 is when the speech begins.?ÿ
Wow, what a great honor! Congratulations!?ÿ
Wow! ?ÿExcellent!
Thank you for sharing.
That is a very impressive summary of achievements at a very high level.?ÿ To think, a boy from Wyoming, who may have spent some time in Kansas in his youth, scaled to a high summit in the political world without needing to be elected.
Thanks for sharing, it cool to see real people doing real things that matter!
Bravo!
