Do some work on the 18' wide spray rig I am building to tow behind my UTV. Recover a 72" mower deck from the iron pile to see if I can use it as a starting point to build a mower deck for the International Cub. A little office work.

weekend plans-He's serious!!!

Roll out about 7:30.
By 8:00 gather a few items for the day and take the wife to breakfast at the local cafe.
Around 9:00 head out for Kansas City, MO to see youngest daughter and treat her to lunch. Drop off several items she is finally removing from our home to install in hers.
Sometime near 1:00 head westward to meet up with other two daughters and the grandkids.
7:00 reappear at church to partake of a benefit spaghetti supper.
8:00 arrive home, loosen clothing, turn on TV and vegetate until midnight.

Sunday
Sleep till 9:00.
Skip breakfast to get to church on time. Still suffering from Saturday's feasts.
By noon, FOOTBALL! (repeat) (repeat)
Go to bed.

It sure seems like he drinks a lot of coffee with no "potty breaks". lol
I'm just sayin' 😉

***************

We have a house warming to go to out in the country ...
And we've already "dead headed" our purple cone flowers for the gift !
It's at my girlfriend's daughter's house.
"Shyne" is 34 years old and they have 5 (FIVE) children ...

Sunday is ... hopefully off to see the grandkids ...
We've had some "scheduling conflicts" in the recent past.

"Domestic Duties" are in there somewhere ...

Angel ...

Saturday...Field Work in Utah (bout a 16 hour day)

Sunday...meet with owner of local brewery and his brewmeister to taste, blend, review, blend some more, and keg up about 500 gallons of Oatmeal Stout (who knows how many hours that will take).

Monday...Back to Utah to meet with a client (in the field) about a new project (probably at least a 12 hour day).

Tuesday...work as usual.

Angel ...

Tonight - Grill some country-style ribs, corn, w/pineapple,blueberry salad.
Brush up on tunes for tomorrow's band gig
Load truck w/band stuff checking fourteen times that I have all the cords, etc
Tomorrow - Get up early, scan music room for anything I might need for gig, wring hands
Make sure wife (drummer in band) is ready to go.
Go to gig site (Devil's Horsemen Motorcycle Club) at least an hour early to set up and make sure everything works
Play short one-hour set
Drink and listen to the other 9 bands that are lined up for this cancer benefit.
Make sure I don't back over two dozen harleys ala Pee-Wee Herman and get home safely.

Sunday-Unload music stuff from truck, work on wine I've been making on back porch, try to comfort wife (drummer) because she's having a re-test from a mammogram that showed something that they want to look at more. Cross fingers.

Consider pouring out large bottle of wine ...

1) Send some clients some bills,

2) Prepare estimate for very interesting retracement survey that will involve locating at least five different positions for supposedly the same boundary between 1840 and the present,

3) Consider pouring out large bottle of wine bought from 50%-off bin that is barely even suitable for cooking,

4) Set more control points in vicinity of survey corners to be searched for next week in 1877-vintage subdivision and tie a couple of other things that we ran out of time to pick up the last field day,

5) Compile map of topographic survey of areas mapped a week ago on site previously surveyed,

6) Get ready for trip to West Texas to do a little reasearch,

7) Think about what to do with the agave in the front yard that some damned deer has been polishing his antlers on for the last few nights (possibly pour large bottle of french plonk around it to scare the deer away),

8) Consider straightening up the office.

Fingers crossed ... thoughts and prayers too !
BUT, don't either of you jump to conclusions - Please

BTW - This is breast cancer awareness month ... I ran across these t-shirts today.
Maybe you'll see some of these at your 'gig'.
I think "Fight like a girl" is a catchy phrase.

Crossing fingers!! :hi5: Most of the time it is nothing to worry about.

I went through this too. Turned out to be just a benign cysty lump in there but the period of not knowing to picking, prodding, smashing, twisting the boobies every which way to getting tests done to waiting for results was nerve racking! 😐
