I was killing time..just reading news articles and surfin' the net.
Came upon a website that had lots of mugshots of unlucky folks. They were all 'thumbnail' images until you clicked on them.
Most were unsavory characters with lots of tats. Then I saw a pleasant looking face and wondered what this young co-ed had done to get arrested.
Then I double clicked and got a larger image...
