Just got back our 3 deer from the processor that we harvested this season.

We have over 200 lbs of steaks, backstrap, pan sausage and jerky.

Many fine meals and snacks until next year.

BTW, 200 lbs of processed venison averages $2.00 a pound, so it is well worth the trouble.
