I am preparing to leave the office as well. Happy Thanksgiving!

Just rinsed the coffee pot out so there won't be "green fuzz" growing in there Monday morning. Door's fixin' to be locked....

Looks like I'll be stuck working tomorrow afternoon due to a rush boundary job. Oh well, at least I'll eat good!

My Thanksgiving is going to be fantastic. My Daughter is having a baby girl on Friday and if that’s not good enough SWMBO and me are going to babysit her son, Rylan. (16 mos.) The beast, err Rylan, will be here for about a week. I can’t wait it’s going to be a blast!

I'm shocked you don't understand, especially given that it's probably the most ignorant statement in recorded history!

We used a Fire Station (closed for the winter) for lodging about 3 months after it closed. The coffee was still in the pot, talk about a science experiment and the brew basket too.

I am on vacation this week.

Except for taking care of my co-worker's cats while he is in Tuscon on vacation and meeting the termite inspector at my Mom's place (finding out what needs to be done to sell it).

One of the three cats greeted me each of the last three days meowing up a storm and demanding attention. Another appeared today (first time I saw her) because she wanted her share of the wet food (friendly eats it before I can get out the door). I was allowed to put the plate of food in front of her but not to touch her.

The third cat lives in a separate finished garage (she doesn't get along with the other two). I've seen her slink away into her hiding spot a couple of times.

My Wife is taking care of a neighbor's cats this week.

I was standing/bending over petting the one they call "Red" in low light when a dark, rat-sized shape scurried by. I didn't get a good look at it but saw it scurry underneath the wooden steps. "Red" didn't do a damned thing about it either :-(.
