Russia Soyuz Capsule Return
Astronaut John Phillips gave a Powerpoint presentation at the Bird Museum last month, and described in detail his landing in a Soyuz capsule, which he described as like riding in the back seat of a VW bug with two of your closest friends. Frankly, Scarlett, I'd prefer the Shuttle ...
Photos from NASA In Russia.............
These photos are those of which you will never, EVER see in the US
newspapers or probably anywhere else in the USA..........just
absolutely awesome!!!
A Soyuz capsule carrying Russians Alexander Skvortsov and Mikhail
Korniyenko, and NASA's Tracy Caldwell Dyson came back to Earth
September 25, 2010 from the International Space Station and landed
safely in Kazakhstan, a day after an initial attempt to return was
aborted after latches holding the Soyuz TMA-18 craft to the orbital
station failed to open.
Very Cool. Thanks
Wow....thanks for that....those are powerful images

Yes, I agree;-)
Very interesting images, indeed!!! Man...talk about being packed in like sardines!! I like the little slide thing they put on top of the capsule for them to "slide" them down as they climbed out.
Thanks for sharing! 🙂
Good thing they got the wheat harvested first.
