Just saw this pinball machine on Facebook Marketplace (it is not mine):

In the lower right corner of the backglass, a man is clearly using a transit for some building project.

I am a fan of this era of pinball machines, but have never heard or seen this one.?ÿ See https://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=325 for more info.

Personally, I own a 1978 Star Trek pinball machine.?ÿ I spent way too much time on this machine while in college....

We had the Star trek on in the rec room of our barracks in Germany - we had the machine before we had the movie.

Very cool! I love pinball!

During a visit to Las Vegas we visited the Pinball Museum which was quite a treat!

@squirl?ÿ

Thanks for reminding me, SWMBO may not care but I keep wanting to go in there, perhaps this time (we may go to the Eagles Concert since the ticket prices seemed to have gone back down) and it's on a long weekend. Titanic Exhibit across the street at the Luxor is really cool too (no pun intended) wouldn't mind seeing that again.

Tried pinball a couple of times ?ÿNever got into it. ?ÿI preferred games that attracted more spectators instead of being stuck in a dark corner of the bar. ?ÿ

Me I'm the opposite.

I like pinball and would love to have a table of my own. The idea of the pinball museum is almost enough to make me want to visit Dimensions

But I am NOT into computer games - too much time in front of a screen already.

@jimcox?ÿ

There's plenty to do in LV without the need for a conference, unless like the US, NZ allows certain business expenses deducted from taxes. But either way that's an expensive trip for you. If we go this time it's just under $200 per ticket for the Eagles, I get no comps from MGM Rewards for the weekend so that cheapest on the strip is about $400, plus meals and any other shows/exhibits we may want to partake (and of course the inevitable gambling expense, last time between the two of us we pretty much came out even, she won, I lost). At least travel expenses for me is only maybe two tanks of gas.

True,

But honestly nothing I see there appeals.

At all.

In any way shape or form.

You know Bruegel's view of Hell?

However it might be a way to springboard a road trip - hire a Harley for a month or two. Now there's a thought...
