I was unable to post a new thread.

I remember the icon that said "The new site will be live June 30th".
It should have said "And dead by the end of July".
It said it would be live. It did not make any claim that it would not be comatose in an ICU somewhere. LOL. Actually Paul is not far off on how they are "fixing" it. Did you read Kristi's post where she announced they are doing away with a separate forum for P&R. Basically they have too many rooms and it is killing them. Hey here is an idea, they can get rid of all the rooms and put it in one long thread format where you tag the thread with the category when you post and then the filter can turn off the categories you do not want to see.
HMMMM, where have I seen a site like that :computer:
I am drawing a blank. Something about feet or thighs or knees or something....
Personally, with the setup here, I think you can handle more categories simply because of how easy it is to use. I think the problem with the new you-know-who site isn't so much with the number of categories but with how they are implemented.
One thing that occurs to me though: If the performance of the software you are using is so badly affected by the number of categories you have, the problem is not the number of categories. The problem is the software...
I Was Back There This Morning And Quickly Left
Tried to read one post and had to scroll my screen left right left, PITA.
Then I had to go screen to screen to screen to get to where I could post a complaint about it.

I tried to log into the other board....finally killed the internet session after waiting about 45 seconds with no results (not a long time but seems like an eternity when waiting). Not sure what the problem is but hope they can figure it out soon.
When I was unable to log on, that was enough for me. They can have their "new and improved" whatever.
