While in St. Thomas, USVI in December, I was reading on the balcony of our stateroom while at port and heard a "superbike" accelerate to probably red line then a loud BANG. He hit the side of a car and was killed instantly. I’m glad I didn’t see it, but I will never forget that sound.

I used to see a few guys split the lanes on the Cali Freeway during rush hour but nothing like that. It almost makes you nauseas just watching it. I couldn't turn away though because I kept watching to see if there would be a "close call" or something.

Eric, My heart was pumping hard toward the end. I watched it twice, (all the kids had to see it!) After thinking about it, the camera being low, intensified it a little, but still.... other people can suddenly do stuff... and if one did, it would be plaster time!
