Not an ear plug, not an eyeglass, not a hardhat or a pair of chaps. Not even a pair of gloves in the bunch. My ears are ringing just from watching the video.
My thoughts were of a brainless approach to falling trees. But those operators are fortunate to still have a brain.
Trees "lashing out" and maiming irresponsible, even careful fallers don't bear thinking about.
In my younger years I spent many hours with a chain saw in my hands. Over 20 years ago I decided I had had enough of that activity. A lot of chain saw time has occurred on my property since then. But, it is well worth the dollars to let someone else do the work.
This makes a good case for chainsaws to be licensed.
