This a method of stacking firewood in a circular pattern.
Does anyone stack their wood this way? Sounds pretty cool. Can it be adapted to smaller amounts, say.. a cord? That's what I haven't found yet on the net. I mean smaller diameter, not as tall, etc?

Thanks Loyal
Was wondering?
Definitely looks like the size can be reduced some.
By the way, Holz = Wood in German, hausen (verb) = to dwell. So Holz Hausen could mean Wood Dwelling / House.
However, the world Holzhaufen = wood pile.
Here is a Foto
very neat, mom has a circular outdoor rack for drying clothes, that she no longer uses, which would work well to support a waterproof roof above the stacked wood. Now I am going to have to try that.
That's way cool looking. Almost like a wooden igloo.
Darn, that is too nice looking to tear into to get some firewood!
Don-
I stack firewood regularly and find that the leaning in of the ends of rows is not too difficult.
Although interesting, the 'round' method, hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Not convinced it does not take up more space.
