There are many kinds of intelligence. I guess I have geometrical intelligence, despite the fact that my mental visualization is poor and I have to put even simple things on paper.
I recall that in first grade my teacher told me to imagine something on a chalkboard in my head, and I cried because I couldn't see it.
In 3rd grade we took some kind of test that included a bunch of numerical sequences like this test had. I saw that differenceng successive numbers often revealed patterns, and I think that is what got me labeled as a smart kid, even though I was about as stupid as any in other ways.
