Hi Brad,
The property we are interested in having surveyed is __________. We recently purchased the propery and we want to put a fence up, we don't want to stay on our propery. Thank you for you time and i look forward to hearing from you.

The thing that jumps out to me is that they first purchase the propery, then have the propery surveyed.
Sounds like they want a survey to put a fence up.
And, I believe they DO want to stay on their property(propery).
Mark,
That is what always confounds me. In todays housing market, if you have a bucket of money to spend why not demand, that the corners of the property you are about to puchase, be clearly marked by the seller? Either show me the corners or I take my money elsewhere.

People don't care--until there's a problem.
Smiling here.
Our 5 year old and 3 year old grandsons are here for a visit and I was telling the 5 year old about the old days and I did not have a computer.
He asked, well how did you get your email?

Purchasing a home is an emotional process which doe not relate to sound judgement most of the time.

These days, most people don't do anything unless someone requires it.
tell him they called you on the phone and you typed the e-mail on a typewriter as they spoke.
That reminds me of a true story. A few years ago my wife calls me and says that she has printed out this email she was sending to person number one. She wanted to read it to me before retyping it to send to person number two.
Bless her heart, good thing she is pretty, right?
BTW please do not tell her I told this story...
