It's been a while since I listed anything on ebay. It looks like they've changed their format. There used to be a way to restrict the bidding to only US accounts, but I can't seem to find it now.
Anyone know if that option is still available, and where it's located? Thanks
One way would be to only ship to the US..
and just state "No sales outside the US..
I believe you can accomplish what you are trying to do by restricting the addresses to which you will ship to the United States. Then eBay will block bids from accounts whose primary shipping address is outside the US.
There are many foreign eBay bidders who use U.S.-based package-forwarding services as their primary shipping address.
So even though the bidder is outside the US, when you sell to them you ship to a US address.
This is really to your advantage, as you can reach an international market but do not need to mess with export regulations, hassles of foreign shipping, etc.

You need to set up your buyer requirements.

Just saying you don't ship outside the US won't protect you. Nobody reads anything anymore anyway!

In the description, I wrote US bidders and shipping only. But there used to be a way to check a box, so that they would be blocked.
In the shipping options, there is a box for international shipping, which I didn't check.
So, I guess that's it.
Thanks
That's what I was looking for.
Thanks, Jeff

I can TOTALLY confirm this!
