Dear Perry,

You are cordially invited to attend our one-weekend "Camp Jam" with "Weeds and Feed" (an invitation-only event) to be held this coming October. Come join us for the weekend. Other invitees are as follows: your mother and father, Mr and Mrs Chaote (in case you forget who they are), Cindy and Jimmy Smith (Missisquoi River Blue Grass Band), monsieur Michael Labonte (Mountain Folks), and John T Calhoun (Honorary Member of Mountain Folks on his fiddle). Will you please attend this lovely weekend of friendship, music, and fun? Roast turkey dinner with all you can eat; Sunday breakfast will prove to be an event, too!!

The event will be held on beautiful shore of Lake Champlain, VT, North Hero Island at Pelots Point. Maybe the sun will shine. Come down early and don't be late! Bring your camping gear just in case we get confirmations from others. This is your last chance! Bring your bass, as one more bass is always needed. Boom, boom, eh?

Learning Canadian, eh

Growing up 50 miles from the Canadian border has a few advantages. Maybe it's only a couple... Well, one anyway... ;o)

thanks JB. It's all clear to me now. I'm 65 miles from Quebec but it's lots further to Canada.
