Cross-country travel in January

I particularly enjoyed the jumble of paths at the airport in Tulsa.

I see they visited the WallyWorld across the street from the Best Buy where my daughter worked.

That Walmart sucked. I had to go to Harps to find what I needed, as I have to watch what I eat snacks wise due to the kidneys. Harps also had these fine koozies!!!! ƒ?§‹?

???ÿ Adventures in toll booths!

QT Girl: "You have to pay in exact change. I think the first Booth is $3.50. Second booth is $1.50."

Us: "Ok, we only have $1.25 in quarters. Can we get $4 more? Thanks!!"

QT Girl: "Sure! You guys aren't from here, are ya?"
(We have masks around our necks and NO ONE in QT wore one Cept the security guard. We got funny looks.)

Us: "No, were from Oregon."

QT Girl: "Then you definitely want to take the toll road; that's the quickest way to Fayetteville. Have a safe trip!"

Us: "Thanks! You guys don't mask up?" ( I am sort of jealous that they don't have to wear masks!)

QT Girl: "In Oklahoma, it's up to each person if they want to or not. Most people don't."

So we get to this toll booth...and guess what?! It takes all kinds of coins!! Pennies, Nickels, Dimes, Quarters, Dollar Coins!!

We landed in Tulsa at 9:45 PM Sat night. Got Rental car and drove another 2 hours to Fayetteville. This way we didn't have to unload and load up two different nights. We'll do enough of that already when we head back to Seattle. ????ÿ
