Guessing that is a very early Farmall tractor, but could definitely be wrong.?ÿ Not much to go on.

Right. But not in great shape. Another view.

There used to be a big brick shool building in the background, and the bench mark was at the base of the flagpole.?ÿ School and flagpole gone, but the concrete base and disk were still there.
