If anything, the new RPLS is more like his site, just cleaner. Hard to imagine I'd say the RPLS site is "clean", but compared to that mess ...
This is more like Mark Deal's original RPLS site, with a few new bells and whistles. And, geez, he's acting like he's the first guy to make a surveyor forum/reference page. Mark Deal's site, DAW's site, and Land Surveyor's Reference Page, are the first I remember, and they've were around prior to 1999 when I first took an interest in them. Mark Plog had SurveyPlanet running for a while ... there is very little originality to his site.
