Didn’t they use to refer to a siphon hose as an Arkansas Credit Card. Lol.
The odds of me using these techniques where applicable = 98%
The odds of me having a hose around when I need it = 2%
There is one other thing you are going to need for these siphoning techniques to work. That is a car or truck that is more than about 30 years old - without an anti-siphon device.
Sorry to say this. But just like anything online being 100% secure same goes with these so called ant siphoning devices. I siphoned some fuel for a lawnmower out of a car that said it could not be done because i was to tired to drive to gas station and I only needed a little bit to finish. Honda accord . 2 thing I learned in the service military and working in the intelligence community. No such thing as secrets and nothing is 100% secure . But it took a little redneck ingenuity to figure it out. You can actually buy a kit and tap a gas tank for a little to know money and drill and tap and re plug and someone will never know. Except the gas or fuel is gone. Just remember give a dumb old country bumpkin duct tape a piece of water hose a crescent wrench pocket knife and hammer and they will figure out something. Lol All sarcasm no intended offense.
This is going to be a very different process in the coming EV world.

Now that is true. If the EV Batteries ever get small enough people would just swap the batteries from one to another. I guess devising a device to charge your EV from the neighbors is in the works by someone who doesn’t want to pay for charging their own maybe.
