So we shouldn't discuss the good things the Lord has done for us on this site (which I can live with that), but it's ok to present a one sided derogatory demeaning diatribe? Seriously? I thought the idea was to be neutral on this site about this subject.?ÿ
@lmbrls There's a difference between humor and debating the merits of the various belief systems. One is intended to generate a laugh or two. The other seems to always degrade into insults, name calling and the casting about of general ill-will.
Then again, some humor is offensive to people when it clashes with their beliefs. Feel free to notify Wendell, who is THE LORD as far as this site is concerned, if you feel this post is inappropriate to the forum.
@peter-lothian I don't discuss religion or politics on this site out of respect for the rules. There are many sites dedicated to both. I understood the attempt was humor and people have different opinions of when it is funny and when it is just disrespectful. I have been around for 70 years and seen a thing or two. I can take it without bringing in the Moderator. Just stating that being neutral should in fact be neutral. I am not the one anyone needs to worry about offending. I often enjoy this site, but it is not essential.
