The logic behind this is incredible. He uses medical terms, then reconsiders, and thinks, "Maybe folks won't know what it means", so he has to add the more common terms!
Then, as I considered more, he appears to be a hunter. (From other indications And, human body wastes, and smells, mess up his hunting grounds. So the sign is actually logical, from that point of view. Ergo, the sign!
Do any of you find stuff like this?

Finding a place to "rest" (as in "rest room") in an urban/suburban setting can be a challenge. We're regularly admonished -- and rightly so -- to stay hydrated, but hydration comes with a price. One's bladder can only hold so much...

I later realized that the sign I posted, was in 3 languages:
1.) Medical Terms
2.) Street talk
3.) International symbol code.
This guy meant business!
