According to the allergists pine pollen is not the problem with allergies.?ÿ If the pollen is big enough to see it does not trigger allergies.?ÿ Grass pollens are more what makes folks sneeze and have other problems.?ÿ The pine pollen just covers everything and makes it yellow.?ÿ After a rain you can see streaks across the roads.
We live in what some call a "Subtropical Rain Forest" here.?ÿ We get about 48 inches of rain on a "normal" year.?ÿ That's more than Seattle which is normally noted as rainy.?ÿ With that much rain we get LOTS of pollen every year.
