That is both the actual and wind chill temps at this time. Thankfully the 30-40 mph winds have stopped.

Here is last weekends BBQ. Baby Back ribs, 6+ hours on the Green Mountain Smoker.

I will admit this year our winter has been pretty non-existent. I am a little jealous of all the snow everyone else is getting but i'm not complaining.

Hey Chris:

Believe it or not, it was only 5° or maybe even lower here in Cochise County at my place this morning. The wind was also blowing some, so the chill factor was even below this and would probably take the readings down below zero. In the 23+ years that I've been in this area, this is the coldest that it has ever been. Reminds me of a typical winter day in Wyoming.

I checked a site in Wyoming yesterday and it was 40° below in Bondurant the previous night. Don't miss this a bit.

Hey Leonard - you enjoy the heat down there... had some 40 mph gusts up here today, the wind chill is mind-numbing.

34 here

... and a decent "wintry mix" is coming down pretty good right now.
It was supposed to be rain but I figured it would be a mix since it didn't get much above freezing today and no sunshine.

Me either, Jered!! I'm with you 100% on this one!! I am so grateful that we've had a mild winter this year in Oregon. I did not want a repeat of our winter of 2008. That was brutal. :-S
