Admin and "non-admin" user accounts

> You may have also noticed that the Administrator account, by default, has no password. That's a huge security hole right there. The first thing anyone should do when they buy a new computer is create a password for the Administrator.

Bingo.

I have an ancient Pentium 3 running Windows 95 that drives a midi software program, will still interface with an elderly Casio synthesizer and print out arrangements. It hasn't connected to the internet EVER, as it has never had a modem, needed the port for the midi card back in the day.
