Has anyone got a contact at Topcon in Japan?
We've had an expensive piece of equipment sent over for repairs 5 months ago, it was supposedly repaired, but still hasn't been sent back.?ÿ The dealer has been on their ass, I hope to escalate it, so we can get it back to work.

If you want to send a hard-copy letter, here's an address from Wikipedia--
Topcon Corporation
75-1, Hasunuma-cho,
Itabashi-ku,
Tokyo 174-8580,
Japan
One thing about a hard-copy letter, it will sit on someone's desk until they do something about it. They can't just close the screen.
I think it costs $1.40 in postage, but it would be best to check with USPS.
