Price: If you don't charge enough, you can't afford to do it right. (Edit: if you blow this, you will probably blow the rest).
Patience: If you get in a hurry, you will build compromise into your surveys.
Perseverance: If you don't push things hard enough, long enough, you will never know what you don't know.
Persistence: You are always going to have people that don't understand, pushing you to compromise. It's your job to learn how to push back, ignore them, and to convert their complaining into your advantage. Put their money in your pocket, and their complaints into the trash.?ÿ
