I remember when you had to be smart and be able to form phrases and sentences from your own thoughts. The language of original thought was always beautiful and something to be admired. Meaningless corporate buzz words and catch phrases do not gain any admiration with me. People are on their way to becoming an army of mindless robots.
...at the end of the day...at this moment in time...going forward...the list is almost endless. I can remember a project where several people who had traveled great distances met for the first time on a bridge over a very large river and one person told us that he had come to make sure everyone was on the same page. "The same page?", we all asked. He was never seen or heard from again.
I have a friend that interjects conversations constantly with "how much she has on her plate".?ÿ Makes me wanna scream.
I'm also a bit leery of folks that "are going to be perfectly honest" with me.?ÿ I told one fella if he has to qualify a statement as 'honest' I'm going to assume everything else is B.S.
