Sounds like he might not have done that shooting. 3 different firearms used? Why? No exact match of tracks? 5 years before charging him and then admitting that three firearms were used and that none of them matched the accused firearms? Just because you own firearms and keep some loaded is not a crime, nor does it make you a murder. Would like to keep track of this one. Do they have the wrong man?

I'm no gun enthusiast, but seems it would be fairly simple to fire a few shotgun shells with a gun you didn't own, take those spent shells to the scene of the impending crime and leave them after picking up and disposing of the actual shells used in the crime.
