has any of you ever subscribed to McGraw-Hill Construction - the Dodge Lead Center reports? we have been invited to bid a few times on projects through isqft, but have not paid to subscribe on that site either. just wondering if anyone has had success or not with these services, or are they a waste of money?
(early apologies if this category is incorrect.) thanks

If you do a lot of construction staking or want to then they are invaluable in my opinion. It's virtually the only way to learn about most the commercial and municipal work out to bid. Most have the plans and specs online so you can print them out at your office (just the ones we surveyors need) instead of buying a $50-$100 set of plans and specs. I would highly recommend the short training programs they have so you know how to use the service to its fullest. Especially nice to have a daily search with keywords you choose and then each day the service emails you with projects that match your keywords or project types you are interested in.
