I agree. I have also been "trained" to ask specific questions that helped to find out some personal and/or personality traits. I've found that no matter what rules of thumb, or what weeding out techniques you may have, you never get exactly what you think you will. Some people interview extremely well, but turn out to be a bad fit. There are others who don't necessarily show good interview traits but end up being good, hard-working likable fellow-workers.

I would certainly mess that test up. I would just grab whichever color I happened to grab even though I prefer black jelly beans for the taste.
